A Community Call to Protect Our Children
Children today are growing up in an online world that is evolving faster than most parents can keep up with—and the risks are real. Online gaming platforms, social media, and messaging apps are increasingly being used by predators to groom, exploit, and traffic children. What often begins as a simple conversation can quickly turn into manipulation, secrecy, and harm.
Parental Awareness Night is a community-wide event designed to bring parents, children, educators, faith leaders, and public officials together to confront this crisis head-on.
Hosted by Family Worship Center and partnering with Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill, this evening will provide critical information, practical guidance, and a safe space for families to learn, connect, and take action—together.
